I’m a medical doctor with a background in research who lost faith in the medical system after going through my own health struggles and not finding the answers in the system I trusted so much. I always knew there was another way…….a better way! That was the beginning of my journey to find a form of medicine that heals from the inside out and uproots the illness. After trying my hand at Naturopathy and Functional Medicine, I circuitously landed on homeopathy, where I found all my answers. Homeopathy healed my chronic gut issues, that had started as a result of a surgery I had undergone many years ago. And this was just the beginning. I was hooked. I started to use homeopathy on my family, friends, neighbors, relatives and anyone who was willing to be my guinea pig. The results were gobsmacking! There was no way I could go back to my old life. Having found Joette and becoming her client, I started to take her courses one by one until she announced that she was starting an academy to teach homeopathy. I jumped right in and graduated from The Academy of Practical Homeopathy in the fall of 2022, following which I completed Joette’s year-long Mastery Program in 2023. I also served as study group advisor to the APH class of 2023. I’m currently enrolled in another advanced homeopathy program out of England.

I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention about my healing journey with orofacial neuralgia. For the last several years, I’d been suffering from severe orofacial pain known as NICO (Neuralgia-inducing cavitational osteonecrosis), also called dental cavitations. After trying several protocols and not finding the relief I was looking for, I feel like I’ve finally turned a corner. If there’s one thing I’ve learnt, is that we never give up hope with homeopathy!
I would also like to add that I’ve had a couple of opportunities to sit knee-to-knee with a father/son team of homeopaths in India who happen to be related to the Banerjis in Kolkata. They see over a hundred patients a day and run a free clinic in the evening and have a whopping 25 million case records in their clinic. They use protocols just like the Banerjis, except their protocols are a little different, but equally effective and thus there was a lot of new information that I got to learn, for which I’ll always remain grateful.
