Since my early 20’s, I’ve been continuously engaged in learning about many “alternative” health systems. I believe that your body has the innate ability to heal itself. I believe that our bodies are designed in the image of God and, therefore, can heal when properly nourished. This includes not only proper nutrition, but all 9 pillars of health. I believe the 9 pillars of health are: nutrition, hydration, digestion, mineral balance, nature connection, peace/spiritual connection, movement, sleep, and community.
Helping people heal has been my passion for the last 20 years. I can offer support and education with my specialized training to help you overcome barriers and achieve a higher level of health. Together we can create strategies that work for you, provide a safe space for you to share needs and concerns and set realistic goals, and help you sort through the confusion during your healing journey.
