Thank you for your interest in a homeopathic consultant. I am thankful for the opportunity to share with you a little about myself and my relationship with homeopathy.
I found Practical Homeopathy in my search for a medicine that could help my family with chronic health issues such as arthritis, autism, eczema, depression, and diastasis recti. Despite these issues, I did not view my family as unwell. We follow a Weston A. Price diet, exercise regularly, and we work to maintain balance in our lives. Yet, we were experiencing health issues that interfered with our daily activities. It seemed that healthy habits weren’t enough to keep us well. After studying homeopathy and earning my certification as a Practical Homeopath, what I found in homeopathy greatly exceeded my expectations. Not only does it help with illnesses such as seasonal viruses, allergies, and cuts and bruises, but it has proved itself to be a gentle and effective medicine that has alleviated the chronic issues in our lives, as well.
My professional background is in education, and I have found Practical Homeopathy to be a perfect fit for my skillset. I have a PhD in music education and have taught and researched in the field for over 20 years. My specialities were in social and cognitive aspects of music. Because of my previous training, I have keen awareness of learning processes, disabilities, wellness, and illness. Though I couldn’t have predicted it, my educational experiences prepared me well for the study of homeopathy and for the task of sharing it with others. I enjoy teaching homeopathy, and perhaps the greatest gift is that I no longer fear illness or worry for the well-being of my family. Homeopathy has given me the knowledge I need to take care of those around me with confidence. After seeing homeopathy work before my very eyes and after studying to understand how to apply it, my mission is to teach others about homeopathy and to help everyone use it with the same efficacy I have witnessed.
