Ingrid worked for many years in the corporate world. Her role as a Global Director for the world’s largest premium adult beverage company brought her around the world, including two years living in London. Although she loved her corporate role, after several years she wanted to do something more meaningful and decided to make a change. So she left her high-intensity job to go back to school to study nutrition, a topic she’d always found fascinating. She launched Full Life Nutrition LLC and initially coached women in fast-paced, stressful careers to find health and balance.
After years struggling with her own frightening and perplexing health issues and working with many conventional and alternative health care practitioners (while seeing little improvement), she took matters into her own hands and began some detective work. To delve deeper, she studied many things including, Nutritional Therapy, Gut and Psychology/Physiology Syndrome, BioIndividual Nutrition and even homeopathy, energy medicine and EMFs (three areas she once considered woo-woo, fake and inconceivable). All these approaches and modalities finally brought answers and numerous “Aha” moments leading to her steady and incredible health improvement. With this also came a new sense of purpose to help others who couldn’t find answers to their “why did this happen?” and “how can I finally get better?” questions.
Ingrid began also working with parents to help their children after seeing so many experiencing frustration with health, anxiety, learning, mood, attention and behavior challenges. These parents were at a loss as to how to help their children especially when conventional approaches failed. This was motivation to help empower parents to take control of their own family’s health and guide them through the process.
Ingrid loves to cook, practice yoga, read, travel, ski, volunteer for causes that are important to her and spend time with her family, friends and pets. She lives in Connecticut with her husband, daughter, 2 dogs and cat.

Ingrid has been a blessing to our family! I started seriously working with her during my pregnancy to help with the health of my baby, I was still a little skeptical until I delivered my son. She helped to teach me the protocols for labor and postpartum, I had such an amazing, successful delivery, and the most perfect, content baby. After that I was hooked!
She has also helped my husband with some old injuries and severe burnout from his job, ajd now he is no longer a skeptic.
I now implement homeopathy in my life, when needed, and that is all thanks to Ingrid!
She’s really good and knowledgeable. Easy to work with. Everything she suggested helped me and her protocol is easy to follow. Highly recommend Ingrid.
I am truly grateful for the exceptional support and guidance I have received from Ingrid. Her personalized protocols have made a profound difference in my health and that of my family. What I particularly appreciate is her ability to tailor treatments specifically for each of us, addressing our unique needs and health concerns.
Ingrid listens attentively and truly cares about our well-being, which makes her approach not only effective but also deeply compassionate. She takes the time to understand each of us as individuals, ensuring the care we receive is thoughtfully tailored and well-suited to our circumstances.
Ingrid has had a lasting impact on our overall well-being, providing us with tools that go beyond temporary fixes. Through her clear and approachable teaching, she has empowered us with knowledge to maintain long-term health. Her approach stands apart from what I found with other healthcare professionals, especially when traditional doctors were quick to prescribe antibiotics or offer limited solutions.
She has supported us through a wide range of health challenges, from perimenopause and broken bones to recovering from COVID, the flu, pre-glaucoma, and post-surgery healing. The healing modalities she uses are unlike anything I found elsewhere, and I truly believe in the positive changes she has helped us achieve. I can confidently say Ingrid’s care has been transformative, and I highly recommend her to anyone seeking a thoughtful, effective, and holistic approach to health.
